Give Pakistan Credit instead of Blaming

I have just spent two months in Pakistan and it is impossible to do that without becoming familiar with the political and social infrastructure of this complex nation. I have strong reason to believe that the Pakistanis were instrumental in the operation that the Obama administration has taken the full credit for.
The suicide bomb attacks, which killed dozens of Pakistanis near Peshawar last week, are claimed, by the Taliban, to be a form of revenge for the killing of Usama bin Laden. But wasn't it the United States who killed him? If so, then why are the Pakistani's the first victims of the terror organisation's revenge? Although they frequently report on them, world medias tend to always focus less attention on terror attacks in Pakistan than on similar attacks in western countries. If the Taliban had struck in Cleveland Ohio or Atlanta Georgia we would have seen enormous media reports for days on end. The suicide explosion in Peshawar which killed about 80 people has been forgotten after one day of attention in the world medias.
