10 Tips for Handling Difficult Patients and Co-workers

As if the actual JOB is not hard enough for therapy professionals, add difficult patients or co-workers to the mix and you may have a recipe for disaster. Dealing with difficult behavior can often times take its toll on us emotionally, leaving us feeling beat up and spent.  Does that sound familiar?
